Visitor Managements

Visitor Management is very critical to monitor visitors not only from security perspective but also to help improve operations. Communication

Communication between stake holders is very critical for functioning of an organization through this module.... user can accese information through phone App as well as SMS Local Language support is provided on request Annoucement and Notification. Teacher can communicate with student through 'Assignments' option this can also include attachments of Vedio/image/text files. parents can use this to communicate with teachers/transport co-ordinators.

Transport

This helps in keeping track of information regarding transport provided by the schools. The information on routes, ... stops, bus numbers, driver details, and students assigned to a bus,drop/pickup details. GPS based updates is provided optionally if buses are fitted with GPS device. Alerts/messages can be sent to parents when required about any transport information.

Inventory

Inventory: This helps in keeping track of information regarding the inventory of materials in schools. This stores/retrieves data .... about material item details, vendors, Pos, Invoices received among other things. On line update facility to issue materials and keep track of stocks. Alerts as required . Can export/import data in excel format for interface with finance module.

This helps in keeping track of information regarding fees paid by students Keeps data about the payments .......... to be made by students for different activities, schedules of payment, Payments made by students Alerts on pending payments.
